Western marsh harrier? Id help please, Oman (2 Viewers)

Hi, the attached photos were taken on a beach about 60lm east of Muscat on March 26, 2024. I am thinking because of the long, white tail and the broad white patch on the outer primaries that it is a juvenile western marsh harrier. Is that correct or is it something else?:)
These are the only two photos I managed to take as I fumbled with my camera:)
All comments, corrections and suggestions gratefully received.
