Black- or yellow-billed kite? (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Can someone help me ID these pictures taken in Tanzania around Lake Victoria, a few years ago?
I'm not sure if it these are juvenile yellow-billed kites (Milvus aegyptius) or black kites (Milvus migrans)?

They all look Yellow-billed to me: bill starting to get lighter (ink jet in BK) and flying bird with short 6th finger
