Blue-and-white Flycatcher ssp. Awashima JAPAN (1 Viewer)

Hello again.

This is another photo from the same place as the previous thread, being Awashima JAPAN.
This photo was taken early May by a friend birder.

It's easy to tell that it's a Blue-and-white flycatcher, but we suspect that there is a chance of it being Cyanoptila cyanomelana cumatilisas opposed to the more common Japanese subspecies, Cyanoptila cyanomelana cyanomelana

Help would be appreciated on the ID.
Thank you in advance!

It does seem to have a turquoise tinge to the scapulars but it's the colour of the 'face' that would really clinch it. Any more photos, particularly ones showing a bit more of the sides of the head?

Chris
