A blackbird with a brown head here-dark eyes, but it does not look chunky like a cowbird. Help?

Hello MsLlaves and welcome to BirdForum! Your photo looks like it has 3 male Brown-headed Cowbirds, stretched out like when they are singing or looking for mates.
