Agree with Earnest Lad and Seth. This is a Red-Vented Bulbul (I am based in Abu Dhabi and see them regularly... A much nicer bird than the commoner White-Eared Bulbul).

Thanks for everyone, meantime I had the same conclusion, but I was not sure. Sometimes bird females have different color than males.
