Florican Grasslands with Sam Veasna Center: definitely recommended: 5 Bengal Floricans in flight together plus one well scoped on the ground.

Tmatboey: just for reference, the Community Lodge is being refurbished so SVC uses Pnomh Tbeng Resort for accommodation, about half hour away from Tmatboey site.

Kratie: recommend Sorya Guesthouse with great views of the Mekong. Local operator Phearon is both tuk-tuk driver and boatman. WhatsApp: +855 71 324 7171. $20 for tuk-tuk, $30 for boat. Pickup at 0530. Boat on river 0610-0730, included dolphins. Arranged by Bora, manager at Sorya Guesthouse. Personal trip may be more expensive than getting the regular boat, but Phearon knows exactly where the wagtails are and will also do other islands for more birds.

Wat Ta Kod (Pich Mkod) Pnomh Penh: convenient site for Cambodian Tailorbird. Just get the ferry across the river from Kampong Chamlong to Areiksart, get a tut-tuk up to the temple complex, and the tailorbirds are easily found along the trail that runs north-west from the furthest temple (Google Maps calls it Pichmkod Pagoda).
