Cameroon Feb to March 2014 (1 Viewer)

Hi, myself and a birding mate from the USA are in the early stages of planning an independant 'budget' trip to Cameroon from the end of Feb to the end of March next year (4, probably 5 weeks) and we are looking for two other keen birders to join us.

We intend on covering all the key sites for the endemics and specialities as well as the far north.

Please pm/email me if you are interested.

Cheers, Shaun Coyle.

Sounds good. You do know that the UK Foreign Office advises against all travel to the far north though, don't you?

Hi, just to confirm we now have a team for this trip and flights etc., have been booked. Thanks for the interest. We've decided not to do the north this time and to concentrate on the forests instead (Mount Kupe, Korup NP, Campo Ma'an, Mount Cameroon, Bamenda etc.,). We intend on doing a second trip at some point to visit the north, Dja reserve, and to revisit any areas with missing 'key' species. Cheers.
