I'm trying to find out if the Canon 18x50IS model has enough eye relief to comfortably wear glasses while maintaining full field of vision.

It depends on your facial structure and your type of eye-glasses. Some have no problems, others have.
In my case isn't possible to see full AFOV/FOV, but I'm working in a solution to improve it... Canon could had improve the eye-cups, also thinking on eye-glasses users, when moved the production to Taiwan...
