Central California ID help (1 Viewer)

I saw these birds shortly after noon on November 19, 2018 at Merced National Wildlife Refuge near Los Banos, California. The first 4 images are the same individual (if I recall correctly), and I'm guessing maybe its a Say's Phoebe, which I haven't seen before. My best guess for the last mage is Dusky Flycatcher.

Any help identifying them would be appreciated.

Nice pictures! I’ve been to Los Banos several times for work (geology not ornithology), so I need to figure out how to fit in a visit here on my next trip. Can’t offer an opinion on the ids I’m afraid but seems you’ve got it sorted

Dusky Flycatcher are rare in the central valley, and would be even rarer in November. They aren't streaked like your bird.
