Might have been a bit hasty. Looks like the White-winged race in that area is much darker underneath, so maybe Black-capped instead.
 
White-winged Becard is correct, the birds with dark underparts are east of the Andes. Black-and-white has a short, white supercilium from ~ eye to bill.
