Can anyone ID this damselfly for me please? At first I thought Sahara Bluetail - Ischnura saharensis. But couldn't see the blue tail!

Unless you are in the Canaries then it will be a female of either Common Bluetail or Iberian Bluetail. Whereabouts was the photo taken?

Both species do occur in the Alicante region but I think its is probably Ischnura graellsii Iberian Bluetail as I can't see any tab on the rear of the pronotum.
