Hi. These two photos were taken yesterday, when the sun was about to set. Raptors were migrating; mostly lesser spoted eagles. This individual seemed to have a larger bill than the others, even thought the photo failed to show some details. (There are 30 seconds between the shots and İ am 99 percent sure, it is the same individual.) What do you guys think. lesser or spotted eagle?

Short 7th finger, and a “just about” discernible 2nd comma would probably support LSE over GSE imo.
