Eagle sp. Rajshahi, Bangladesh, July 2019 (terrible pics again) (1 Viewer)

I was in Rajshahi last weekend and was able to do some birding. I ended up seeing around 60 species with two lifers. When I was birding near (pretty much in) Rajshahi University with three others we saw an eagle that was in a position that we couldn't get any closer. So I got the best pics I could from that distance and now I'm posting them here. I'm guessing its Indian Spotted Eagle (also seen earlier in the day) since those and Gray-headed Fish-eagle are the only resident eagles right in the area, and I'm pretty sure its not the fish eagle. Can you figure anything out from these (admittedly awful) pics?
(I increased the light in the last photo by quite a bit in post editing. Others are in their original state except for being cropped)
