As these idiots seem so fascinated by seabirds then I suggest a fitting punishment would be for them to spend the whole winter with them too... bobbing around in the middle of the Stormy Atlantic Ocean, wonder if they'd make it back next spring.......?

Thats a real shame, however, your suggestion of suitable punishment for the egg theives sounds great, might I suggest basing it on one species, say a Great Auk where there ankles and wrists are tied together with a broom handle up through the loop and up their back so that they can only hop around as an approaching boat full of men with clubs lands on the beach............
