I saw this Empidonax sp. in a forest near a stream, close to the southern shore of Lake Valle de Bravo. Is it a Cordilleran Flycatcher?

Hello,
I will will be in Valle de Bravo November 8-14 for a retreat and would love to do some birding. Is anyone aware a local guide in the area that could do a one day private tour?
