Exploring the Forbidden: Birdwatching in a restricted area

Unfortunately, a lot of interesting birding places in the south of Spain are in restricted areas. If you do find a way to get in, it is often worth it. But take no unnecessary risks.

Very sad and somewhat troubling post. The plastic ensnared birds are awful...
I'm not sure I would admit - on the internet - to trespassing and of course it can affect birder's chances of accessing such an area in the future. That said, it looks like great birding and perhaps the owners are not exactly 'conservation minded'... dunno. Hard to judge without more information.
Have you tried approaching ownership and getting at least non-hunting season (are there seasons?) access for birders?
