For February Than Usual More Warm (1 Viewer)

The waterless creek for months has been dry
And the sun blazing bright in the blue Summer sky
Today a humid high of 35 degrees
And the thistledown flying in the warm afternoon breeze
The thirsty El Nino is lurking around
To suck every drop of moisture from the ground
Global warming one might say is cause for alarm
And for February the weather than usual more warm
Not a drop of water in the roadside drain
The dry and bare countryside need heaps of rain
The pee wees sing out in the park of the town
And everywhere looking so bare and so brown
People without sun protection on this day are not very wise
And the air it is full of the buzzings of flies.
