Photos not the best. Especially the wren. Thinking it may be a winter wren. But the photo may not be legible. Thanks.

I agree with House Wren and having never seen a Forster's Tern I did some googling and the first 2 images compare well with Forster's.
 
Concur on House Wren. Can't see any detail on the terns (there are at least two different birds) - do you have any larger photos? It's hard enough judging bill color against a bright sky, but when the bill is only ten pixels long, it's nearly impossible.
This time of year, your likely choices for tern are Forsters and Royal. I don't think any of your photos shows an orange enough beak for Royal, so Forsters is my tentative conclusion for both your terns.
