Greater Spotted Eagle - Immature (Ethiopia) - Confirmation? (1 Viewer)

I believe this was an immature greater spotted eagle.

Location: Lake Langano, Rift Valley, Ethiopia
Environment: Circling at the cliff edge between the dry acacia scrubland and lake edge
Time: about 9am, Dec. 31 2022

Fieldmarks: spotting and lighter rump can be seen from top view, lighter vent from bottom view. Hard to gauge from the distance, but size seemed appropriate. No voice observed; nostril shape not observed.

Reservations: In the photos the tail is being held very close and quite long, however in observation it was also seen spread and seemed typical of GSE.

I agree on Spotted Eagle, however overall colour, double comma, reduced spotting on upperparts as well as pretty obvious white markings on upperwing primaries seems better for a rather dark headed LSE (or hybrid)
