Not quite, Its a citrine as Alex guessed... though it's a hard one. Probably should of mentioned this was not taken in the Uk however it was taken in an area were citrine wagtails are much rarer.yellow wagtail?

It's a female Spanish as you say, there was a male close by. Taken in GC.Likely Spanish Sparrow, but note that it wouldn't be confirmable on a lone female from an unknown population, etc. So, possible to ID with reasonable confidence in the field, where males present etc, not so much from photos....
