Been hearing these weird cries for the last 2 weeks every evening to night. Video isn't meant to be a visual aid, just audio.

No sorry, I can't get a visual on the birds.

I'd say they're katydids (a type of insect). Better not get too more specific before I step far out of my comfort zone

Looking into it further and it is in fact katydids!
