Help seeing and photographing the wallcreeper (1 Viewer)

I live in Romania and have wanted to see a wallcreeper forever. Is there any place I can go at a specific time of the year to have almost certain chances of seeing one? extra points if its close and at eye level so I can photograph it too, but if not its ok.

How far are you willing to travel? I don't know Romania at all, but did see a pair of Wallcreeper on Musala in Bulgaria, on and near the main Musala Chalet (here on google street view). One of them hopping around on the underside (!!!) of those sloping walls, just 2-3 metres away from me
