Hi all, my name’s Luca, from Leicestershire, UK.
I haven’t been birding long, but came across this forum as I’m looking for help IDing what look like mallard I’ve seen today. Where would be best to post it?
It looks like a mallard shape but the colours are completely off.

If you have a picture of the bird it would make it a lot easier to get an ID but if no, try to describe it as best you can
