Hook billed kite or not? The gallery and Mexico (1 Viewer)

Dear all,
this photo in the gallery was uploaded as Hook-billed Kite and added to the opus page for that species. However, it is now proposed that the id is incorrect, Black Hawk-Eagle was proposed. Please confirm the correct id for this species.

Yes it's definitely not hook-billed kite... Angle makes it seem a bit weird but taking that into account ok for the hawk eagle
