And maybe I could change the question to "How many have you filmed or photographed?" . Here's my starter, a Bonelli's Eagle plucking and eating a pigeon:

I also have reasonable footage of Montagu's Harrier, Griffon Vulture, Black Vulture, Lammergeier, Red Kite, Black Kite, Hobby, Golden Eagle, Marsh Harrier and Little Owl.

I have only been birdwatching for a year so I have not seen many birds of prey.

2 White-tailed Eagle
3 Hen Harrier
4 Eastern Buzzard
5 Northern Sparrowhawk
6 Gyr Falcon

All, except White-tailed Eagle and Gyr Falcon, have been seen on my parents farm.
 
I have 103 Accipitriformes species (IOC list). Highlights are Harpy Eagle, Crested Eagle, Solitary Eagle, Gray-bellied Goshawk, Ridgeways Hawk, Orange-breasted Falcon, and Oriental Hobby.
