6) Black Kites?

2-3. Yellow-bellied Warbler.
4. Yes.
5. Yes.
6. They look like it.
7-8. I think so - streaked crown, yellow eye, heavy bill with deep gapeline. I found a couple of images with a matching dark tip to the under-tail.
