ID help. Small swift like bird in Mozambique. (2 Viewers)

Can you help ID this small bird. Think it's a Swift seen flying low over a small river in Mozambique about 10 days ago.

I can't help you with your picture, but, I have never seen any Swift perched on a wire like this. Could it be a Swallow?

Could be or a Martin perhaps.

That's because, with only two, forward facing toes, Swifts simply cannot perch as passerines do.

It looks like Plain (African Sand) Martin IMO. African Rock Martin would have spots in tail.
