Identify this bird - UK (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Could anybody please identify this bird, photographed on the waters edge (frozen), near reeds, at Fleet Pond, NE Hampshire this morning, 8th January. It looks possibly like a cetti's warbler?, the feathers are not very brown, but it has a pale stripe over the eye. I find identifying warblers quite difficult.

Thanks
