Its a Cormorant but which kind? (2 Viewers)

Spotted this bird on a freshwater loch in Scotland earlier in the year. There was a bit of debate as to which sub species this bird belonged to. I am no expert and am wondering what people on this forum think, Phalacrocorax carbo carbo or Phalacrocorax carbo sinensis?
