Hi and sorry sure there is a post about this some place.

Seem to have added greater spotted eagle or some such bird to my life list, This would obviously be quite some feat to obtain such a bird and for tidiness would like to remove it.
Cheers

Sorry can't help with this but while we are here.... I'm sure Jeff will be along in a moment to assist and perhaps he could kill two birds with one stone (oops perhaps not the most senstive metaphor here!):

Also for the sake of tidiness I've misspelled a site. How can I correct it .. not a big issue but irritates me!
;)

open the database and find the record on the input and search form. Then select that record by placing the cursor in the box to the left of the date and right clicking. A box will open giving you various options, one of which is 'delete this record', simply left click and you get the warning about the deletion, say yes and the record will be deleted.

I have Access on my computer as part of Microsoft Office, not sure if this will work for you if you are using the Runtime version of Access.
However if I have mispelt anything in locations, I've used windows explorer to find the JBD4 folder in my C drive. Open this and you should see several database files, the one you need to edit is titled 'JBDdata Microsoft Access MDE Database'. Click on this and Access should open up a window with several files in the LH pane, Locations being one of them. Click on Locations and a page opens in the RH pane with all your locations listed alphabetically. Scroll down to the mispelt one and correct it.. Close things down and it should be okay.
