Juvenile Peregrine ? - Menorca (1 Viewer)

With help from a long suffering birding friend, I had settled on this being a juvenile peregrine but the lack of any yellow around the eyes and beak keeps bugging me and now I'm not so sure so I thought I would post in here, thank you.

Juvenile Eleonora's perhaps?

Looks normal for juvenile Peregrine. The bluish skin around the eyes and on the ceres is typical for young falcons, at least the larger species.

Peregrine; wings & tail too short for Eleonora's.
