Plainer face, lack of pale wing edgings and the spectacles being limited to the lower eyelid, I's say Red-throated

I spotted another individual two days later in the same location. This one had somewhat different eyelids. By the shape of the bill I'd say I'm limited to Red-throated Sunbird and Brown-throated Sunbird. Would this one be brown-throated?
