Little Eagle? - Central Coast NSW Australia (1 Viewer)

Hi guys, I'm very new to this so probably an easy one but is this a Little Eagle ( Hieraaetus morphnoides)? It was on the Central Coast of NSW Australia. Thanks in advance.

I would say yes, however others more familiar with the species might be of a different persuasion.

Not a little eagle for me. That basically looks like a common buzzard, whereas this looks like a kite. A square-tailed kite perhaps (white eye etc)

Agree with Square-tailed Kite, although the first few images I checked lacked bars on the underside of the tail.
