I think the first one is a red-shouldered hawk?

I believe the second bird is some kind of finch but I'm not sure which kind. I suspect it is either a purple finch, a house finch, or a Cassin's finch.

Could 3rd and 4th pics be Oregon juncos? I saw them scavenging for food in a parking garage in Los Angeles.
