Mompha lacteella? (1 Viewer)

Anyone any views on whether this moth is identifiable?

I am not familiar with either M propinquella or the rarer lacteella, but this one seems to be a possible for lacteella given the head/thorax colour - contrasting with the white on the wings.

It was taken in July near Brecon, close to where the first and only lacteella for the county was found.

The terminal area of forewing is mostly black in Mompha lacteella, more brown in M. propinquella. The colour of head and thorax is not a good characteristic.
