Namibia. Little bird seen in the early morning. (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I have seen this little bird in the early morning in Etosha NP, Namibia.
It's nor colourful but it seems to have some kind of tiny blue feathers on the head.
But it could be a flare coming from the camera.

With that contrasting mix of colours on scattered patches of feathering, plus obvious pale feather-fringes, it must be a juvenile moulting to adult - regardless of lighting. In my opinion.
