Need help identifying this bird (1 Viewer)

I'm not quite sure whether I can identify this as a Red-tailed Hawk or not based on the color of its tail with its body pattern matching. This is in Upstate New York, so its a pretty good guess.

Right bird in picture 0041 shows a red tail, and all show the characteristic black leading edge of the inner wing - patagium - of Red-tails. As THE FERN pointed out.
