New 8x30 EIIs, $240, Legit? (1 Viewer)

I think a lot of the high quality nikon porros languish on dealers shelves for years and IF the dealer isn't aware of their "cult" status they're merely regarded an an old bino that hasn't sold. I hope thats the case with this vendor because I placed an order earlier today--will post later when more is known.

Call to confirm that they are in stock before paying with a credit card. Don't use a debit card or E check.

And check their ratings online.

When and how? I've noticed that with certain NYC electronics/camera stores, they purposely list out of stock items (some decades old) to entice you to call them, and then they try to sell you something else.

But I just check the etronics Website and the photo of the EII is gone, so they must have just forgotten to update the page.
