Always best to try them for yourself. Ilya Koshkin find his 8x32 UHD superior to the Genesis 8x33 and so do I, as well as the Conquest 8x32 HD. Some agree, some don't, which is nothing new. Here's another "test".....

This is a little unique for Vortex in relation to size. Much of the Vortex line up (other than the AK options) are very compact binoculars, like the Diamondback, Viper and Razor HD lineup. Considering these 32’s are not AK prisms, they are almost the same size as the 42 vipers.

I think I’d trust Canip and Jackjack’s reviews over ones from a birding or hunting magazine. I have a feeling these reviewers are compensated in one form or another. Binocular.ch is a great resource by the way. Also scopeviews.co.uk.com is very helpful.
