Nice spec. sheet. The biggest thing to watch out for with the Nikon HG 8x30 is the eye cups are a little short for the eye relief, so if you have shallow eye sockets, and you don't wear glasses you will get black-outs with them unless you float them in front of your face. Too bad really because they are nice binoculars other than that, although they are also a little finicky because of the small exit pupil. I have tried them several times and they don't work for me.

Thanks.
How did you measure usable exe relief? You write „measured from the rim of the eye-cup“, but how did you actually measure this?

I did not measure the usable eye relief myself. I found that information on the internet.
I do not remember where on the internet, because I wrote this spec sheet several years ago.
