New Nikon 8X42 HG (7 Viewers)

I bit the bullet and bought an 8x42 HG today. It was 514 euro new in a reliable webshop, so I didn't hesitate.
I was looking for a tried and trusted, light 8x42 for daily use on trips where I don't want to risk my more expensive bins anymore.
I'll receive it tomorrow, curious how it will hold on its own...

Looks like they rounded the edge of the eyecups from the original design.

Looks like the latest version of the MHG's have raised lettering on the focuser's label , mine doesn't . I am wondering if the rounded eyecups and the focuser label are the only differences . ??? Has anybody found a MIC label on a MHG yet ?
