Greetings to all. What can I say - I love birding. I travel between Watertown, MA and Abreu, Dominican Republic. I would put myself in the amateur category but I am hoping to fill in some data gaps for birds (both resident and migrating) in the Dominican Republic as well as raise greater awareness of birds and their importance. I have a garden in both Watertown and Abreu for birds - so I am always interested in what plants birds utilize. More recently I have become more interested in shorebirds - don't know why I shied away from this group - did not know what I was missing. Hope to get some help with bird id.
