A high and a low yesterday evening. Saw something small dodging around the vessel, gave up looking for it, returned to my 'office', and there it was thru the window. Followed by this casualty. Garden Warbler, Barn Swallow.
We have light Southerly winds with a lot of the Sahara with it, skies very yellow, a Calima ?, anyhoo, some arrivals yesterday evening, a mixed flock of Swift, Swallow, House Martin, and Sand Martin. Along with a possible Semi-collard Flycatcher. Please advise. I also had reports of a possible Scops Owl, I was off shift and told this morning.
So that's us coming to the end of this project, Thankyou to everyone who looked in.
I was out trying my hand at aerial photography, not pretty, but this landed right beside me.
Take care and happy birding
