What is the current taxonomy of Palawan Swiftlet in the Clemts checklist? Has it been lumped with Uniform and if so when? Ebird does not seem to recognize this bird. Thanks.

HBW/BirdLife treats amelis and palawanensis as distinctive subspecies of Uniform Swiftlet Aerodramus vanikorensis, but eBird/Clements, H&M4 and IOC split Ameline Swiftlet A amelis including ssp palawanensis.

[eBird/Clements recognised Palawan Swiftlet A palawanensis as a distinct monotypic species prior to v6.9 (Aug 2014).]
