Agree on 1-3; the kite also a young bird.

4 - Red-rumped Swallow Cecropis daurica (or some other close relative in the genus Cecropis).
 
Did the Night Heron survive?

No. 4 looks more like an Aerodramus Swiftlet to me somehow.
Looks like the heron is hanging on to that rope / wire tied round the tree - I can't see why it shouldn't be OK.


Yes, could well be right on the swiftlet - delete red-rumped Swallow.
 
The heron looks like it is newly fledged (it seems to have white down feathers on the head). That may explain why it is not flying well.

#4 is definitely a swiftlet. Germain's is the most likely based on range, but these are notoriously difficult to identify.
