Hello Murat,

first gut feeling is Water Pipit. And I think its one of those pictures where its not advisable to look at them for a longer time and scrutinise the features (warm brown upperparts, like enhanced by soft evening light, even warmer and paler rump and more???)

No offence you know, but a feature.

Acctually it's 9 am in the morning. Sun was rising behind a thin fog layer. I thought lack of prominent wing bars (top-left pgoto) eleminates the water pipit option.

face pattern gives me a Richard's feeling which I understand is regular at this site

Richard's is easily excluded here due to thin bill, obvious flank streaking, dark legs, short tail, warm brown rump colour, lack of rufous wash on flank, etc.
