Plover, Sri Lanka (1 Viewer)

I'm not getting any response on iNaturalist, so thought I'd ask here. Long-billed Plover (Charadrius placidus). The length of the bill and tail make me think long-billed plover, but I can only find one other record of a sighting of this in Sri Lanka, so I have to question it. Some other opinions would be welcome.

Can't see this well on a phone. Q I have is why isn't it little ringed plover?

I'm not familiar with long-billed, but the Macauley images imply a different jizz to little, perhaps something like killdeer. With yours I got a little vibe even before I tried to open them (afaics little is common in Sri Lanka)

They seemed too big, the bill seems too long, and I did get a killdeer like vibe from them. But there's clearly not a lot to distinguish the two species in non-breeding plumage, so maybe they were Little.
