Pocket Tyrol, (1 Viewer)

Pocket 8x20 focusses down to 4 metres. The Zeiss Victory 8x20 Compact gets down to 2.6 metres so would be better for butterflies / dragonflies etc.

According to the Norwegian website kikkertspesialisten.no, the Swarovski 8x20 has been improved. The latest version apparently has better brightness, contrast and edge sharpness than the Ultravid 8x20.

Kikkertspesialisten's May 2012 test of compact binos is here: http://www.kikkertspesialisten.no/tester-i-63.aspx

They say: "[In] April 2012, we discovered that the model [Swaro 8x20] is greatly enhanced optically".

Personally, having owned several 8x20s over the years including the Trinovid, Ultravid, Zeiss Classic and Nikon HGL/LXL, I prefer the Swaro Pocket to any of them.
