Possible buzzard? (1 Viewer)

Hi need help on ID this BOP I have asked the warden they say some kind of buzzard but still unsure. Hopefully someone can ID this bird here. :t:

I think it is a 2nd cal year bird with 2 generations flight feathers but picture far from perfect to be sure

It is a juvenile that starts moulting, thus a 2cy bird... both of you are right IMO. :king:

Looking better, I think it is not straightforward - pale eye is good for 1cy, but state of plumage seems not to match. Lou, is this is born this year, thus very recently, how can we have such a trailing edge and tail?

And you are right. The wole wing is in moult: coverts, axilliaries, primaries, secondaries. There is no doubt this bird is a 2cy.
