Where best to post photos for ID? Raptor from Johannesburg (1 Viewer)

If you have a photo and are unsure of the bird's id, where's the best place to post it - ebird, inaturalist or here? ebird is obviously the most bird related, but I have a feeling that I might get more feedback on inaturalist. People on birdforum are helpful, but I won't have my sightings stored in such a structured way.

Let's do one here anyway - a raptor that I saw just outside of Johannesburg last week. It reminded me of a nightjar. Long-crested Eagle?

I am partial to post here when you are unsure, and on ebird once you are reasonably certain.

Yes, possibly inaturalist isn't that strong on birds because birders would be elsewhere. It's very good on fish at least.
